Purchasing rules

• Buy products only through the VanityLog website.
• Never send payment for logs through Telegram or directly to an individual.
• Read the full product description before purchasing and confirm the quantity you need.
• Do not share delivered account details publicly or with unauthorized third parties.

Security rules

• Never give anyone your VanityLog password.
• Support will not ask for your password and will not ask you to transfer money through Telegram.
• Use a strong password and keep access to your registered email/phone secure.
• Report suspicious impersonation or payment requests to support.

Replacement rules

• Replacement requests must relate to the specific order being reported.
• Eligibility depends on the product description, delivery condition and any stated replacement period.
• Provide the order ID and clear evidence needed for support to review the issue.
• Changing credentials, settings or recovery details before reporting a problem may affect replacement eligibility.
• Abuse, duplicate claims or false reports may lead to restriction of replacement support or account action.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform or purchased products for fraud, harassment, unauthorized access or unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass website security, manipulate balances, abuse coupons or interfere with API/provider operations.
• Accounts involved in abuse or attempted fraud may be suspended while the activity is reviewed.
